<br><br>There are as many different reasons to feel dysphoria as there are trans people. But gender dysphoria is a big one. <br><br>Voices that are read as traditionally masculine <em>feel<\/em> different in your body. That&#8217;s because of a difference in resonance &#8211; more on that later. Especially considering my appointments were chaotic and all over the place (hello, ADHD brain again!) but Sophie never made me feel bad about it (even though I did feel so so so guilty all the time). She was always so understanding and patient, which honestly made such a difference for me. \ud83d\udc97\n\nI started out with almost zero confidence, but Sophie was always there to lift me up and help me believe in myself (You are NOT allowed to think badly of yourself with Sophie, it\u2019s rule number 1 ! ) .\n\nThere were days when I was really down and struggling with depression, and instead of just pushing through exercises, Sophie took the time to actually talk and listen.
